Time to Refill my Paint Palette - Post 3

A freshly cleaned paint palette means it’s time to refill. These paints are all from Daniel Smith. I like to use watercolor paints that are made with safe pigments. Its takes some research, but I think health safety is worth the extra work. My studio is not 100% clean yet, but I do try to keep toxic and unsafe pigments and solvents out, or at least used at minimum and with proper ventilation. You can find information on the pigments in your art supplies by checking the manufacturers materials safety and data sheets, and looking for Art and Creative Materials Institute - ACMI approval. Also check out https://www.acmiart.org/ for more information. Another brand I like to use that is big on being eco friendly is Beam Paints. More on them in another post :)
